Ton Bag Unpacking Machine (B) Introduction
The Ton Bag Unpacking Machine (B) is a semi-automatic, high-efficiency bulk material unloading equipment specially designed for unpacking and discharging 500kg–1000kg jumbo bags (ton bags). It is widely applicable for powdery, granular and small block bulk materials, serving industries including chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, new energy, building materials and metallurgy.
This B-type unpacking machine adopts a mature and reliable structural design, mainly consisting of a stable frame, electric hoist lifting system, sealed unloading bin, vibrating discharging device and dust removal interface. In standard operation, the ton bag is lifted and positioned above the unloading hopper by the matched electric hoist. After manual bag opening and sealing fixation, the materials are smoothly discharged by gravity assisted by intermittent vibration, which effectively solves the problems of material residue, bridging and arching during unloading.
Equipped with a closed dust-proof structure and reserved dust removal ports, the machine realizes dust-free unpacking operation, effectively avoiding material waste and workshop environmental pollution while meeting industrial environmental protection and production safety standards. The whole process features simple operation, low manual intervention and stable running performance. Compared with manual unpacking, it greatly improves unloading efficiency, reduces labor intensity and lowers material contamination risks.
